We're seeking a talented TIG Welder to join a workshop based in Havant specialising in the repair, manufacturing and production of vital boat components, including winches, anchors, blocks, hatches, and steering systems.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise as a TIG welder (For marine parts and structures preferred but not necessary)


• Ability to work with a variety of metals, ensuring high-quality and durable welds, specifically Aluminium.


• Knowledge and application of LEAN Processes to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.


• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting industry standards.


• A team player with a proactive mindset and a dedication to their standard of work.
