I’m currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join my clients small team based in Luton, where you will work with some of the most well-known brands in the UK and Europe. This is a chance to work within a booming industry and brands that people are passionate about.


Role



  • Be the first point of contact for all customers

  • Manage all incoming enquiries and going through order samples, artwork, and proofs with customers.

  • Process all orders

  • Manage any changes to lead times

  • Update all customers data accordingly

  • Lapsed customer calls

  • Promote sales through various platforms


You must



  • Have worked with an Sales Administration or Customer Coordinator role previously

  • SAP or internal CRM experience is ideal, training will be provided

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Worked in a role where you have successfully maximised sales through excellent customer service

  • Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers

  • Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines



£28,000- £30,000 DOE
