WILD TEMPORARY WORKERS 

 
How will you get paid? 
 
You will be paid one week in arrears on a Friday directly into your bank/building society account by BACS payment. National Insurance and tax are deducted at source. Please ensure you have issued us with a P45, P46 or P38 so we can administer the correct tax code. 
 
If you have any queries with your pay or tax please contact your Wild consultant. 
 
Timesheets 
 
Timesheets must be completed with the correct amount of hours and signed by your manager/supervisor. They need to reach Wild by 9.00am Monday in order for you to be paid promptly. Click here for a copy of your timesheet . 
 
Holiday Pay 
 
All temporary workers are entitled to 20 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory days (unless you are being paid via Ntech where your holiday is paid hourly). This is accrued weekly depending on the amount of hours you work. The holiday year runs from January to December. All holidays must be taken during this time and must be requested with notice. 
 
A Wild holiday request form must be completed and signed by your manager/supervisor. 
 
No holiday will be paid without written request.

Stakeholder Pension 
 
Wild operates a voluntary stakeholder pension scheme; payments can be made direct from your wage. Please contact our accounts/payroll department for more information.Equal Opportunities

Not kept longer than necessary 
Processed in accordance with the data subjects rights

Health & Safety 
 
Health & safety is very important. It is vital that you follow all correct health and safety procedures at all times. Failure to do so may risk your own life and others. 
 
Wild Recruitment has been advised by the company that there are no Health & Safety issues that are a concern. Health & Safety induction will take place on site. 
 
Manual Handling 
 
It is important to reduce any risk when carrying out manual handling activities: 
 
Comply with all instructions provided by the work place and use necessary equipment if required 
 
Accidents 
 
All accidents must be reported immediately to the appropriate person at your work place and Wild Recruitment. All accidents must be logged in the accident report book. 
 
Alcohol and Drugs 
 
You must not drink alcohol at any point during the working day (including lunchtime), nor arrive at work under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. Failure to observe these rules will lead to your immediate termination of assignment. 
 
 
Important Reminders and General Information 
 
You are a worker of Wild Recruitment, however whilst on assignment you will be subject to instruction from anyone authorised by the workplace, where this is necessary to do the work 
The nature of our business means your hours may differ from one job to another, there may also be occasions when no work is available 
If you change any of your personal details, ie address, phone number etc please contact the Wild office immediately 
 
Code of Conduct 
 
Arrive on time every day or apologise if you are late for any reason, punctuality is very important 
Persistent lateness and unauthorised absence may result in the termination of your assignment 
Dress in an appropriate manner for your assignment and maintain high standards of personal hygiene 
On arrival at a new assignment please ensure you are made aware of the Company’s Health & Safety regulations 
Familiarise yourself with house rules: tea/coffee/lunch breaks, smoking areas, fire drills 
Ask permission if you need to make an emergency call. Mobile phones must be switched off during working hours. 
If an unavoidable reason, such as illness, prevents you from going to work you MUST immediately phone your consultant at Wild Recruitment and your manager/supervisor at your workplace direct at least one hour before you are due to start. 
Be friendly and polite but avoid gossip, politics and conflict 
If you decide to leave an assignment and/or stop temping please contact us in order for us to maintain accurate records Should you have reason to make a complaint about the assignment/company please inform your Wild consultant
