Industry: Call Centre and Customer Service

As a Customer Service Advisor you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.
Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries either by resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly.
At times you may support with the delivery of projects.
Data security, protection and confidentiality are of high importance and you will report any breach or suspected breach of policies.
This role will require occasional travel to attend training and organisation events.
Hours - 35 hours a week - between 7am-7pm - Monday to Friday.
This is a 12 month full time contract.
Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a similar roleGood IT skillsOrganisational, planning and administrative skillsAble to work in a fast paced environmentExperience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media
