Description: Our client, a small and well established company based in Ringwood are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. Sales Order Administrator/Processor Do you have previous experience as a Sales Order Administrator? Are you seeking a new opportunity where you can demonstrate your excellent organisational skills with attention to detail? This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to provide support to the sales and technical department within a well-established growing manufacturing business This is a key role working for a well-established and friendly company in a small office team.Salary and Benefits: Salary Negotiable Mon - Fri 9 - 5pm 1 hour for lunch = 35 hours a week. Holiday: 20 days increasing to 23 days after 3 years + bank holidays. Pension: Auto enrolment. Free parking.Responsibilities:*Respond to incoming customer correspondence including phone calls, emails and faxes*Efficient delivery of all administrative tasks*Process orders & quotes with a methodical attention to detail in a timely manner*Liaising with production and warehouse departments*Providing product information and samples to customers*Resolving delivery and customer care issuesRequirements: *Experience in a previous administration role *Must be used to working in a fast paced environment *Strong organisational skills, process driven and ability to multi-task *Efficient worker with strong attention to detail *Excellent IT skills including word, data entry and excel *Fast learner to understand the products on offer and the business processes Keywords: Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Manufacturing.
